A current government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID is required.
We serve as an authorized representative for employers by completing Section 2 of Form I-9. During the appointment, we'll review the employee's original identification and work authorization documents, verify they appear genuine, and complete the required employment verification process on the employer's behalf.
We prepare federal and state individual income tax returns, including W-2 income, retirement income, Social Security, investment income, education credits, child tax credits, itemized deductions, and select self-employed (Schedule C) tax returns. We also prepare prior-year returns, provide secure electronic filing (e-file), and offer tax planning consultations. If your return requires specialized expertise beyond the services we offer, we'll let you know and help guide you to the appropriate resource.
Please bring a valid photo ID, Social Security cards (or ITINs), all tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, SSA-1099s, etc.), and any records related to deductions or tax credits. Self-employed clients should also bring a summary of business income and expenses. If you're unsure what you'll need, contact us and we'll provide a customized document checklist before your appointment.
Yes. We securely e-file eligible federal and state tax returns. Electronic filing is safe, accurate, and is generally the fastest way to file your tax return.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to securely notarize eligible documents online using a live audio-video session. After your identity is verified, you'll electronically sign your documents while the notary witnesses the signing in real time. This convenient service allows you to complete the notarization from virtually anywhere.
Depending on the package , background checks may include criminal history, sex offender registry, employment and education verification, driving records, and global watchlist searches.
Live Scan fingerprinting is coming soon. It’s commonly required for licensing, employment, adoptions, immigration, and CCW permits.
