My name is Ann Doucette, founder of Desert Peaks Compliance Solutions. After 28 years in Arizona, I’ve built a career grounded in precision, confidentiality, and service to the community. My background includes healthcare administration, compliance, and dedicated community service. —all of which have strengthened my attention to detail and commitment to serving others with integrity.
I created Desert Peaks Compliance Solutions to support individuals, families, and businesses with reliable, well-coordinated signing and notarization services, along with related compliance support. I work with pre-prepared documents and provide professional assistance for estate planning, healthcare, and business matters, as well as I-9 verifications, apostille services for international use, and background screening. Every service is delivered with care, accuracy, and respect for my clients’ time and circumstances.
Alongside my compliance work, I have spent years supporting individuals and families through grief-related programs. This experience has shaped my calm, compassionate approach to healthcare and end-of-life notarizations, ensuring each signing is handled with sensitivity, patience, and dignity.
Services
Notarization verifies identity and signatures to ensure documents are properly executed. Mobile, in-office, and remote online notarizations are available to make the process accurate and stress-free.
Standard notarizations $10 per notarized signature per Arizona statute. Estate and trust signings for pre-prepared documents are $125 and up, based on time and complexity.
Loan and real estate signing packages range from $125–$150, travel included. Additional service fees may apply.

Yes, with Remote Online Notarization (RON), I can notarize documents for clients located anywhere, as long as I am commissioned in Arizona.

We meet with the employee in person, review their identification, and complete the employer’s Form I-9 on their behalf to ensure compliance.

Processing times vary depending on the state and the type of document, but most take 2–4 weeks once submitted.
Depending on the package , background checks may include criminal history, sex offender registry, employment and education verification, driving records, and global watchlist searches.
Live Scan fingerprinting is coming soon. It’s commonly required for licensing, employment, adoptions, immigration, and CCW permits.
Absolutely. Many clients combine services, such as notarization and I-9 verification, in a single meeting.
